Entrepreneur Retreat Terms & Conditions

Event Dates: February 4–8, 2026
Location: Cabo, Mexico
Total Cost: $3,895 (installment plan available if booked by May 31,2025)

By submitting payment or deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

🔒 Reservation & Payment Terms

A $779 deposit is required to reserve your spot unless paying in full.
$500 of the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by September 15, 2025.
If full payment is not received by September 30, 2025, your reservation may be canceled without refund of any deposit or payments made.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued based on the date of cancellation:

On or before September 30, 2025	100% of amount paid, minus $500 deposit and 3% credit card fee
October 1 – November 30, 2025	50% of amount paid, minus $500 deposit and 3% credit card fee
December 1 – December 15, 2025	25% of amount paid, minus $500 deposit and 3% credit card fee
After December 15, 2025	No refund

💳 Credit Card Processing Fees

If any portion of your retreat payment was made using a credit or debit card, a 3% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from your eligible refund.
This fee does not apply to payments made via ACH transfer or cash.

💡 Refund Example

If you made two payments of $779 each by credit card, totaling $1,558, and cancel on or before September 30, 2025:

$500 of your deposit is non-refundable
3% credit card fee = $46.74
Refund = $1,011.26

($1,558 – $500 deposit – $46.74 processing fee = $1,011.26 refunded)
