Yes! Flights are included in the base retreat price, as long as you are coming from the continental US! After you put down your deposit, our partners at ITA Group will work with you to book airfare and handle all travel arrangements! We want this as easy as possible! 

Yes! If you are wanting to use your points, we will take your flights out of the cost that we have posted. Once you secure your flight, you will send your flight information to Stephanie at ITA, and she will coordinate the airport transfers and hotel! If you are wanting to do this, please reach out to [email protected] to coordinate. 

Depends! ITA Group can assist with adding extra nights to your trip if you’d like to extend your stay and depends on the Resort's availability Just let them know during booking. Changes to the original itinerary will be at participant's own cost and arraigned directly with the travel concierge at ITA Group. 

Yes! Because this retreat includes business education and professional development, it may qualify as a business expense. Please consult your accountant or tax advisor to confirm based on your specific situation.

Absolutely! Book the double room and put each other's name at checkout! We will have a mix of people traveling alone or with friends and those bringing significant others! 

 The trip has a non refundable $500 deposit. The remaining refund schedule as outlined below.

If you cancel on or before August 31, 2025, you’ll receive a refund of payments made minus your $500 deposit, any airfare booked (you will receive airline voucher), and credit card fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 1, 2025.
